Free shipping only applies to:

  • The Lower 48 States and excludes APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorates
  • Orders under 70 lbs
  • Standard economy shipping method

PO Boxes / APO Addresses

Due to shipping constraints – We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Shipping Times

Transit time within the continental US is 1 to 5 business days. Guaranteed delivery times are for the amount of time the package spent in transit. Packaging and pulling of inventory are not included in the transit time.

Large / Bulky Items – Freight Shipping

BT Engineering stocks brick saws and tools that are large, heavy and/or bulky. These items may not be able to ship via normal economical shipping methods and will require a palletized freight delivery. These items do not qualify for free shipping. These items will require a liftgate service to offload your item from the truck. Should this be the case, the delivery driver will be responsible for unloading your item to the curb, where it will then be your responsibility to transport thereafter.

Shipping to, Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping prices for orders shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii will contain an additional shipping surcharge. Options and pricing are presented during the checkout process.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

While we attempt to be accurate at all times, we may discover due to size or weight constraints that we cannot effectively ship product via regular ground transportation and Freight Delivery may be necessary.
